1. Google permissions EzAcc requests

EzAcc requests exactly these four permissions and no others:

• View and manage the spreadsheet the add-on is installed in (spreadsheets.currentonly). EzAcc reads and writes only that Google Sheets file. It does not read any other file in your Google Drive.
• Display its user interface inside the spreadsheet (script.container.ui): the EzAcc menu, dialogs and sidebar.
• Connect to an external service (script.external_request): used only to call EzTech's license server and nothing else.
• See your email address (userinfo.email): used to apply permissions inside the file (who can view, who can edit which part) and to record who entered each row.

3. Information EzAcc sends to EzTech

EzAcc sends information to EzTech's license server in two cases only:

• License check, at most once per day per file: the ID of the Google Sheets file, the company name you entered during setup, the setup date, and the EzAcc version number.
• When you choose “Report a bug or send feedback”: the file ID, company name, version number, the name of the screen you have open, and the text you type (up to 2,000 characters).
• EzAcc never sends: vouchers, amounts, customer names, item names, or email addresses.

4. How EzTech uses that information

• To determine whether a file is in its trial period or is licensed.
• To read and act on the bug reports and feedback you send.

5. How your data is stored and protected

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data:

• Your accounting data never leaves your own Google account. EzAcc runs entirely on Google Apps Script infrastructure; EzTech operates no server or database that holds your accounting data. Your file is protected by the sign-in and sharing controls of your own Google account.
• The information described in section 3 is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to a Google Apps Script web app and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet managed by EzTech. This data resides on Google's infrastructure, where it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• That spreadsheet is not shared publicly. Access is restricted to authorized EzTech personnel who need it to manage licenses and respond to support requests.
• EzAcc requests only the minimum permissions its features need (section 1) and sends EzTech only the information listed in section 3.

7. Deleting data and stopping use

• Accounting data: it is in your file, and you can delete the file or its contents at any time.
• Stop using EzAcc: uninstall the add-on from your Google account. The file stays in your Google Drive.
• Revoke access: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select EzAcc and remove its access.
• Information already sent to EzTech (section 3): EzTech retains it only for as long as it is needed for license management and support. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@eztech-official.com with the company name you entered in EzAcc; EzTech will then delete that information from its spreadsheet.
